Sometimes I wonder what I was doing without yoga and meditation in my life. My first yoga experience was 1999 and since then it’s been a pivotal tool that has illuminated my path and I don’t know what I would do without it! It teaches me something new every time I step on my mat. It has taught me to slow down, be more present, listen to my body, connect to my heart and so much more.

In your session, I will combine functional movement with the philosophies of yoga, meditation and breathing techniques according to your distinct health history to enhance your intentions whether it’s strength, performance, flexibility, recovery, relaxation, agility, connection... we work together to peel back the layers to deepen your practice safely and honor your personal growth.

Artful and thoughtful sequences are influenced by my studies with prominent teachers plus various disciplines; Vinyasa, Wim Hof, Iyengar, Anusara, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Yin, DNS, Ginastica Natural, to restorative practices.

All levels welcome, group events, partner yoga, and reiki upon request.
